Dataset for paper "Cybersquatting in Web3: The Case of NFT"
Due to ethical considerations regarding the sensitivity of certain Web3 data, only a subset of key data is available here.
To ensure transparency and reproducibility while maintaining responsible data practices, the complete version of the dataset is reserved strictly for academic research purposes.
The full dataset is available to the community upon request by contacting the authors. This approach ensures the validity of our results while guaranteeing the data is used for its intended research purposes. The partial dataset currently shared provides sufficient information for initial exploration.
The shared datasets include:
CybersquattingNFT.csv: A complete list of all identified Cybersquatting NFT collections.NFTMetadata.csv: Metadata for all 220,918 NFTs in the study.NFTTokenURI.csv: The URI for each NFT token. A sample of 10,000 entries is included here.NFTTransfer.csv: Transfer data for the identified NFTs. A sample of 10,000 entries is included here.MarketTrade.csv: Secondary market trade data for the NFTs. A sample of 10,000 entries is included here.
The files NFTTokenURI.csv, NFTTransfer.csv, and MarketTrade.csv contain extensive records. To ensure the data is used appropriately and in accordance with ethical research practices, each of these files includes a sample of 10,000 entries. The full versions can be obtained by contacting the authors.
