redirect /morphology2026/ to /cellpainting2026/#214

The September 2026 hackathon has been rebranded from "scverse x morphology 2026" to "scverse x cellpainting 2026". The repo serving the old URL was renamed, leaving scverse.org/morphology2026/ as a 404. Adds a static meta-refresh stub so anyone hitting the old URL (from the original LinkedIn announcement, prior outreach, or existing applicant emails) lands on the new event page.
