…balance At $0 account balance, Pods with a network volume attached are stopped and their data is preserved; Pods without a network volume are terminated and their data cannot be recovered. Updated billing.mdx, pods/pricing.mdx, storage/network-volumes.mdx, and references/billing-information.mdx.

Reflects the behavior change shipped in runpod/runpod PR #4830: Pods now stop only when the account balance reaches $0, not based on a projected remaining-runtime threshold. Replaces the "Low balance behavior" section in billing.mdx, adds a new "Low balance notifications" section, updates the minimum balance bullet and savings plan warning in pods/pricing.mdx, updates the network-volumes pricing warning, and corrects the stale "10 minutes of remaining runtime" language in references/billing-information.mdx.
