Added direct tracker handoff from the RuneLite plugin. The plugin can now open the tracker directly with exported RuneLite data plus Chanceman obtained/rolled JSONs via a temporary localhost bridge, while keeping the manual copy flow as fallback. Also updated the panel UI, bridge security/timeout behaviour, tests, and docs to reflect the new flow.
