Add Deadman Annihilation Prices plugin

Added a new plugin for Deadman: Annihilation prices using the OSRS Wiki API. Includes a search panel and GE overlay.

Fixed the missing LICENSE file and updated the pom.xml artifactId to match the plugin name. Everything should be in compliance now

plugins use gradle, not maven. I would suggest you read through the link I sent earlier

You don't need to close and re-open btw, just commit new version to the plugin-hub fork and it automatically updates this PR with changes. They don't like the opening/closing
