Add new admin setting `allowManualLogin` that allows users to access RoundCube without pre-configured email credentials. When enabled, the app skips credential verification and displays RoundCube directly, letting users login manually. Useful for shared mailboxes or environments where SSO is not available.

This also helps people using the User OpenID Nextcloud plugin, since the user's password is never passed to the Credential Store. |
