The project uses a Tauri + Vite combo. To build, you'll need to have rust and node installed, and then install the tauri CLI through either cargo or npm.
If you install through cargo, you can run cargo tauri dev to open a hot-reload server or cargo tauri build to build the launcher for deployment.
