This pull request addresses the deprecation warning that was being displayed when running Github Actions, specifically
Node.js 16 actions are deprecated.. To resolve this, the Node.js version used in the actions has been updated.In addition, the @types/node package has also been updated as part of this pull request.
While there are no specific test codes for these changes, rest assured that the functionality has been verified locally and everything is working as expected.
