Removes the already-assembled st-dmfg fragment - #223
Merged
Conversation
The 2.0.0 release commit assembled every fragment into CHANGELOG.md's [2.0.0] section and deleted them - except this one, which landed on main in the delayed-send discard fix after the release branch was cut, and whose deletion was planned as a rebase that the merge order skipped. Its entry is already in the released [2.0.0] section, so the file is purely leftover; removing it keeps the next release's assembly from reporting the change twice. Refs: st-ueav

Release follow-through for st-ueav. The
[2.0.0]assembly deleted every fragment exceptchangelog.d/st-dmfg.md, which landed on main via #221 after the release branch was cut - the planned pre-merge rebase of #222 was skipped by the merge order. Its entry is already in the released[2.0.0]section, so the file is leftover; removing it keeps the next release's assembly from reporting the change twice. Docs-only, no gate-relevant paths.
