@types/vscode version exceeds engines.vscode minimum, breaking packaging

High Severity

@types/vscode was bumped to ^1.110.0 while engines.vscode remains ^1.80.0. The vsce packaging tool validates that the @types/vscode version does not exceed the engines.vscode minimum, so vsce package (used in the package:vsix script) will now fail. Additionally, the newer type definitions expose APIs unavailable in VS Code 1.80–1.109, risking runtime errors for users on those versions. Either engines.vscode needs to be raised to match, or the types version needs to stay aligned with the current engine minimum.
