…with monitoring in place: *Improved health checks if no advert for a certain amount of time (configured in docker compose) the container will go unhealthy. *Improved logging by adding time/date to each line.

I wanted to run this in my infrastructure in a more reliable way. Now I can monitor externally if the map uploader is actually running. It also will restart the process if the connection is lost (i.e.: someone else connects to the wifi companion and breaks the connection with the map uploader).
