Fixes saved-audio retranscription ignoring the "People in the room" setting:
MeetingSessionControllerhard-codedsplitLocalSpeakers: true, so the local-speaker review opened even for users who had the setting off. The live capture path already reads the preference; this makes retranscription agree.Verification:
