feat: implement customer feedback updates

Summary

• normalize Benchling tenant input across setup, validation, and persisted config
• warn when a new config --profile is selected without --aws-profile, and add optional workflow propagation through config, secrets, and runtime package creation
• fix logs redraw ordering and update README/CHANGELOG guidance for AWS profile selection and Benchling service-account project access
