Revamp configuration reference into per-subsystem pages#428

Split the monolithic configuration overview into 17 dedicated subsystem pages using epigraph-style property listings instead of the ConfigTable component. Merged command-line options and config validation into the overview page. Removed all ConfigTable JSON data files.
