If the remoteproc dump_conf is not configured, trigger a SoC reset via panic() on both watchdog and fatal error interrupts before reporting the crash. This ensures the system resets cleanly when coredump collection is not enabled. Signed-off-by: Anurag Pateriya <apateriy@qti.qualcomm.com>
