#9606 has increased the epsilon of avif test, but it's still too small for loongarch.
The epsilon of
assert_image_similar_tofileneed to be larger than6.9564on loong64, andassert_image_similarneed to be larger than9.4067.This PR increases them to
7.0and9.5, which is enough for loong64.Tested on Arch Linux for Loong64.
