- Introduced the `record_handled_exceptions` parameter allowing HTTP exceptions to be conditionally excluded. - Updated exception handling logic to filter `StarletteHTTPException` when `record_handled_exceptions` is `False`. - Added tests to ensure both backward compatibility and new behavior scenarios.
