Shortcuts and callbacks required for girara macro recording.
tests/macros/README.mdhas the documentation on using the macros, and a simple example pdf generated by pandoc from the markdown file.Currently the assertions use values from the gtk adjustments which depend somewhat on the main window size. So at moment tests would not be portable unless the window is the same size as when recorded. Maybe adding a shortcut so the screen size can be set would help this.
