Update the backfill-release-assets workflow to use
voidzero-dev/setup-vpv1.15.0 (was v1.12.0). This picks up Vite+ version auto-resolution and upstream fixes for a more reliable setup.Written for commit 29cdd44. Summary will update on new commits.
