Dear author,
I am a postdoctoral researcher at Sichuan University, China. I am respectfully requesting additional data from this project.
I have accessed the GEO repository and downloaded the scaled expression matrix. However, for my planned analyses, I would greatly benefit from having either:
- The raw count matrix, or
- The Seurat object "scVKMYC_TSNErefined_PConly_seurat.rds".
Alternatively, if sharing the above files is not feasible, I would be equally grateful if you could provide the actual gene names corresponding to the anonymous column labels (V1, V2, etc.) in the following files from SourceData_FigS3.zip:
- SourceData_FigS3A_iCNV_Heatmap.csv
- Sheet 1 of the SourceData_FigS3 Excel file
Having the specific gene identifiers for these heatmap data would substantially help address my research question.
I confirm that any shared data will be used solely for non-commercial academic purposes, and I will gladly comply with any additional terms or acknowledgment requirements you may specify.
Thank you very much for your valuable work and for considering my request. I look forward to your kind reply.
Sincerely,
Chao Tang
