Single-cell analysis of myeloma mouse model identifies subclonal molecular programs associated with progression

This repository contains the analysis scripts and code used to generates figures in Croucher et al. (2021).

Data Availability

Processed single-cell RNA-sequencing data for samples used in this study are publically available through the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus under accession number GSE134370. Raw bam files were deposited to the NCBI Sequence Read Archive under accession number SRP214856.

Processed Seurat objects, count matrices, and analysis metadata are available on Zenodo at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19822548

All other data supporting the findings of this study are available from the corresponding authors upon reasonable request.
