Adds a new highlight group `NERDTreeWinColor` and sets `wincolor=NERDTreeWinColor` in the nerdtree buffer. This will allow themes to override the background of the nerdtree window. The highlight group is linked to `Normal` by default.

This PR adds a new highlight group
