Heimdall

Heimdall is a feature-rich RSS feed curator available as a browser extension. It helps you stay updated with the latest news from Hacker News (HN), LWN.net, and any other RSS feeds you care about, all in one place.

Features

Installation

Install Heimdall for Chrome

Install Heimdall for Firefox

Usage

  1. Popup: Click on the Heimdall icon for a quick view of your feeds or a mixed "Home" feed.
  2. Dashboard: Click on "Dashboard" in the popup to open the full-page management interface.
  3. Add Feeds: In the Dashboard, use the "Add Feed" section to include your favorite RSS URLs.
  4. Preview: Click on any article title in the Dashboard to open the side preview panel.
  5. Manage: Remove feeds you no longer want with a single click.
