This PR standardizes the repository's structure and documentation. It ensures a consistent PascalCase naming convention for all directories and Python scripts, improving professionalism and discoverability. Furthermore, it enhances the educational value of the repository by adding comprehensive time complexity analysis (using LaTeX notation) for all implemented data structures and algorithms in both the root and subdirectory README files. All internal links have been meticulously updated to reflect the new structure, and functional integrity has been verified across the entire codebase.

…with complexity analysis

- Renamed 'deque/' to 'Deque/' and 'Error-debug/' to 'ErrorHandling/' to follow PascalCase.
- Renamed all snake_case Python scripts in 'Arrays/' and 'Trees/' to PascalCase.
- Updated root README.md with new links, corrected Table of Contents anchors, and added LaTeX time complexity for all algorithms.
- Updated all subdirectory README.md files for consistency, ensuring they use '## Contents' and include Big-O notation.
- Updated project copyright year to 2026.
- Verified that all 49 non-interactive scripts execute successfully.
