This PR improves the project's organization and documentation by standardizing naming conventions and providing more detailed information in the README files.

Key changes include:

  1. Directory Renames: Error-debug/ -> ErrorHandling/, deque/ -> Deque/.
  2. File Renames: Several scripts in Arrays/ and Trees/ were renamed from snake_case to PascalCase (e.g., Anagram_Check_Sorted_Sol.py -> AnagramCheckSortedSol.py).
  3. Root README Improvements: Updated all internal links, fixed Table of Contents anchor links for GitHub compatibility (handling emojis correctly), and corrected the worst-case complexity for Shell Sort.
  4. Subdirectory README Updates: Synchronized subdirectory READMEs with the new file names and added/standardized LaTeX notation for complexity analysis.
  5. Verification: All 50 scripts were confirmed to be linked in the root README, and all non-interactive scripts were verified to execute successfully.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14125399630481438048 started by @ppant

- Rename directories 'Error-debug' to 'ErrorHandling' and 'deque' to 'Deque' for consistency.
- Rename several Python scripts in 'Arrays/' and 'Trees/' to follow PascalCase.
- Update root 'README.md' with new file links, corrected Table of Contents anchors, and updated Shell Sort complexity.
- Update subdirectory 'README.md' files with correct links and complexity analysis in LaTeX.
- Verify that all 50 Python scripts are correctly referenced and functional.
