Prepare Posecode 0.3 licensing boundary

Summary:

• Apache-2.0 standard layer: spec, parser, share, language, LSP, VS Code
• AGPL-3.0-only product layer: render, embed, MCP, eval, playground
• Separate commercial-license contact path without inventing a contract
• Earlier MIT and Apache-2.0 grants explicitly preserved
• Unused character.glb removed; active XBot and jumping-jacks assets retained and documented separately
• DCO, CLA gate, trademark policy, NOTICE files, legal-review checklist, and 0.3.0 release notes added

Verification:

• build:packages, typecheck, production build, package/license checks passed
• 338 unit tests passed
• 3,122 biomechanical checks passed
• Changesets and a temporary release simulation both produce five validated 0.3.0 packages, with no major release

Release safety:
This PR does not tag, publish npm packages, create a GitHub release, or publish to the MCP Registry. Final explicit approval is required before merging the release PR and triggering irreversible publication.
