Fix landing preview and planted movement

What changed

• Move the landing-page Posecode excerpt into normal flow below the desktop viewer, preserving right alignment without covering the animated movement.
• Turn the superhero landing's planted fist inward and use the front foot as the primary support, keeping the foot, rear knee, and fist stable on both production XBot and the procedural fallback.
• Add a first-position start pose for ballet turnout and retune demi-plié hip flexion/abduction so both feet stay planted through the full bend and rise.
• Add movement invariants and sampled renderer regression coverage for inward fist orientation and demi-plié foot friction; regenerate public docs and movement pages.

Root cause

The landing snippet was absolutely positioned over the viewer. The hero pose used the opposite forearm twist and handed root support to a knee pin, which destabilized contact on XBot proportions. Demi-plié animated turnout in and out while a center-only feet lock hid equal-and-opposite ankle skate.
