docs: regenerate README GIFs with the Xbot production character - #52
Merged
Conversation
The showcase GIFs (jumping-jacks hero + deadlift, squat, lateral-raise) were still the old skin-toned mannequin. Re-ran `npm run gifs`, which drives the live viewer headlessly and waits for characterActive, so the GIFs now show the same Xbot figure (/models/xbot.glb) used in production. Binary refresh only — README markup and text unchanged.

What
Regenerates the four README showcase GIFs so they render the Xbot production character instead of the old skin-toned mannequin.
docs/media/jumping-jacks.gif(hero)docs/media/deadlift.gifdocs/media/squat.gifdocs/media/lateral-raise.gifWhy
The committed GIFs predated the normalized Xbot runtime character (
playground/public/models/xbot.glb), so the README still showed the mannequin while production uses Xbot. How
Re-ran
npm run gifs(scripts/capture-gifs.mjs), which boots the playground, drives the live viewer headlessly, and waits forcharacterActive === truebefore capturing — so the frames are the exact Xbot figure served in prod.Scope
Binary refresh only. No
README.mdmarkup or text changes — the<img>paths are unchanged, only the referenced GIF files are updated.
