- Defined columns in PassiveSkills pertaining to alternate versions of passives in Ruthless mode
- Defined various other columns in PassiveSkills
- Renamed column Group -> AtlasGroup in PassiveSkills
- Defined some leftover columns for Trial of the Ancestors
