Regenerate data/devices.php and docs/DEVICES.md with bin/update-devices.php and bin/update-docs.php: 75 devices become 107. Adds the iPhone 16, 16e, 17, 17e and Air families, Pixel 6 through 10 Pro XL, Galaxy Z Flip and Fold 6 and 7, and refreshes user agents and browser versions on existing entries. No device removed.
