Fix footer icons layout on mobile devices
This PR improves the responsiveness of the footer social icons on mobile devices.
The previous layout caused icons to wrap unpredictably on some screen sizes.
The updated structure ensures consistent alignment and spacing across all mobile browsers while keeping the desktop layout unchanged.
