Rename the 7 existing skill folders to use a pinecone- prefix so they namespace cleanly alongside other plugins in Cursor, and update every cross-reference (slash commands in the README, sibling-skill paths, help/query/quickstart prose, plugin.json description) to match. Land the new pinecone-full-text-search skill (SKILL.md, references/, and scripts/ingest.py) using the same prefix and the repo's cursor_plugin:* source_tag convention. Invert the contextualize-skills workflow guidance from "strip pinecone- prefix" to "add it" so future syncs follow the new convention.
