New /learn/ page targeting the GSC striking-distance query "grounding ai agents with web search retrieval best practices" (pos 9.4, 36 imp). Covers the six retrieval practices that keep agent answers grounded — retrieve before synthesize, iterative querying, full-document reads, provenance through the loop, explicit freshness, verification before acting — and shows how the app store (cosift, plainweb, AEGIS) maps onto them. Lives under /learn/ and is intentionally unlisted on the site until after launch; the sitemap picks it up automatically.
