These 48 files document OCI8 functions that no longer exist in doc-en. OCI8 was moved to PECL in PHP 8.4, and the EN documentation was cleaned up accordingly. These IT translations are now orphaned. Source: https://doc.php.net/revcheck.php?p=oldfiles&lang=it
