This PR adds support for the
client.table(view)pattern forperspective-pythonand adds tests. This option was already available in Rust and JavaScript, but was missing in thepyo3bindings.Additionally, this PR fixes a windows build regression with a build dependency with a confoundingly slim Venn diagram of OS compatibility.
