This generates
out/releng/repo-v2.zipalongside the existingout/releng/repo.zip.repo-v2.zipisn't uploaded to Buildomat yet; when we turn that on I will want to send out a heads up email to all@.It additionally checks that the v1 repo can be read by Tufaceous v2's compatibility mode and that all of its checks pass.
