Inert challenge file for G2 code-signing certificate enrollment (owncloud/developer-certificates#74). It proves repository control so the codesign bot can issue the
testingapp's G2 leaf certificate. The file under.well-known/is removable after issuance and has no runtime effect.Replaces #227, which could not be reopened after its head branch was force-pushed to add the DCO sign-off and SSH signature.
