The 2.1.2 entry reused the G2 re-signing wording that already describes 2.1.1. This bump was actually forced by a build error in the previous package, so reword the entry to reflect the real reason. Signed-off-by: Thomas Müller <1005065+DeepDiver1975@users.noreply.github.com>

Patch-level version bump (2.1.1 -> 2.1.2) for the oc11 (11.0.0) complete release. Part of the G2 code-signing re-release.
