…ocs#9382 (#26) Restructures the spare-host delivery/return guide (Hosted Private Cloud / VMware) across all 7 locales: promotes Delivery and Return to subsections under Instructions, adds a Prerequisites section, tightens HA/DRS link labels, drops the redundant "you can return one of the two hosts" sentence, and adds a 7-day non-return billing warning.
