Purpose

The browser page title for a user's skins pages showed "Skins | Archive of Our Own" regardless of skin type. It now shows "username - Work Skins | Archive of Our Own" or "username - Site Skins | Archive of Our Own" as intended.

Testing Instructions

1. Log in to the archive
2. Go to a user's work skins page, e.g. /users/your_username/skins?skin_type=WorkSkin
3. Check the browser tab — it should now read "your_username - Work Skins | Archive of Our Own"
4. Go to /users/your_username/skins?skin_type=Site
5. Check the browser tab — it should now read "your_username - Site Skins | Archive of Our Own"
