Add `"api_version": 2` to all depsolve requests and mention the API version when introducing the example request.
Disable weak dependencies in the second transaction of the multi-stage depsolve request to more closely reflect the real request. Explain why we add this option.

Addressing the comments @thozza brought up in #193.
I decided not to include the RHSM handling. I think it's an extra level of detail that isn't necessary for the purpose of the document.
