add healthcheck components for monitoring cms

Rationale

This PR adds a healthcheck component for monitoring CMS services. The current healthchecks are shown in the image below

Changes

• add healthcheck component for cms. can be started in docker with profile healthcheck
• make api to retreive books take a list of location_kinds instead of a single location_kind. Needed to query multiple books of status other than delete
• adapt frontend to fit new API query parameters

This closes #150
