Add openshift-org-aws Cluster Profile Set

Define a new schema CLUSTER_PROFILE_SETS_CONFIG that describes how a cluster profile set is generated and, since it seems there are a lot of repeated objects, define CLUSTER_PROFILE_SETS_SHARED_CONFIG too.

So far only openshift-org-aws has been defined, it bundles the following profiles: aws, aws-2, aws-3, aws-4, aws-5.
