OSDOCS-16919: CQA fixes for dynamic plugins docs - #117204

Split out of PR openshift#115956 (too large for review, per skopacz1's request) into a single-purpose subset: content-type/abstract and Vale fixes (including hard-wrap cleanup) across the dynamic plugin API/SDK reference, plugin development/deployment/disabling modules, and the dynamic-plugin assembly topics (overview, get-started, example, CSP). Pre-existing Vale findings unrelated to this diff (RedHat.TermsErrors 'check mark', RedHat.DoNotUseTerms color-description, RedHat.Using / RedHat.TermsWarnings on content-security-policy.adoc:12) are left untouched - confirmed unchanged from upstream/main at those exact lines.
