This flag disables IBPB/STIBP mitigation for container. It is needed to improve the performance of bytecode interpreters when users do not need IBPB/STIBP mitigation. Signed-off-by: Kenta Tada <Kenta.Tada@sony.com>

This is apparently stalled so I'm closing it. Feel free to open a new issue/PR though (although I guess this should be discussed in runtime-spec first; see opencontainers/runtime-spec#1047). |

In #2430 (comment), I considered disabling IBPB/STIBP to improve the performance impact on bytecode interpreters.
This commit adds the flag which disables IBPB/STIBP mitigation for container.
