This PR prevents the per-inverter PV fault_str from being overwritten with a None message coming from io_actions.stepwise_control(...), which previously could result in an empty/“no error message” display.
Changes:
- Guard assignment/publish of
fault_strso it only happens whenlimit.messageis notNone.
