PR #8599 includes additions and modifications to Collector Extension docs.
This PR provides follow-up updates to maintain consistency with those changes.

Hi @kohbis, thanks for taking a look at the conflicts. The error has now changed; the link checker is looking for an anchor on a page that hasn't been localized yet:

ja/docs/collector/extend/custom-component/receiver/index.html
  hash does not exist --- ja/docs/collector/extend/custom-component/receiver/index.html --> /ja/docs/collector/extend/ocb/#configure-the-opentelemetry-collector-builder

/cc @chalin I'm not sure about this: is this the expected behavior, or should it fallback to the English version?

It seems the error was caused by not keeping up with style changes in #8420 👀

I'll close this PR #8684 and start a fresh one to handle the new translations, as the above PR #8420 introduced more than just style changes (additional contents)
