Increment the otlpgrpcexporter timeout to fix the test

If we do this, we also need to do it in the v0.3.0 submodule, as this is the one the issue mentions.

How did you pick the new value? Were you able to reproduce the flakiness locallly and confirm it doesn't happen anymore after the increase?

Hey @dmathieu thanks for the feedback!
The value was added because the rpc timeout and honestly it was increased to pass the act locally - unfortunately I could not reproduce it locally the way I wanted as I it seems to fail for macos tests and I have linux - ubuntu. Although with the new value it passes all the pipelines https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go-contrib/actions/runs/19985504764/job/57369765371 .
