Adds a feature blurb for the Kotlin Multiplatform conversion and Direct Auth 1.0.0 GA, plus a bug-fix list, to the 2026.08.0 monthly release under Developer Tools. Also fixes the pre-existing broken anchor links on the Swift entries in the same section (version numbers slugify with hyphens, e.g. 2.2.0 -> 2-2-0, not 220).
