This PR updates the "Create quotations" Sales page with 19.4 specific changes, including changes to the app Configuration page and a revamped process for adding products to a sales order/quotation. It also corrects a stylistically outdated list unrelated to 19.4.
This saas-19.4 PR can be FWP up to master.
